Most-Awaited K-Drama of Park Bo-young ‘Daily Dose of Sunshine’ to Release on November 3
K-drama fans around the globe are thrilled to watch one of the highly anticipated Netflix shows, ‘Daily Dose of Sunshine’, as its first episode is scheduled to be released on 3 November 2023. ‘Daily Dose of Sunshine’ is based on a webtoon of the real-life experiences of a psychiatric nurse Da-eun and her interactions with the patients under her care in the psychiatric ward. Based on reports, the drama highlights the real-life experiences of the author itself. The drama revolves around the life of Da-eun, who is transferred from internal medicine to the Department of Psychiatry and her struggles to adjust to an alien environment. Additionally, she gets upset when she helplessly witnesses patients go through their psychotic episodes. However, she slowly learns to navigate her way through it.
The drama starring Park Bo-young, Yeon Woo-jin, Jang Dong-yoon and Lee Jung-eun is directed by Lee Jae-gyu. The director used warm and bright colours in this drama to break down the approach that psychiatric wards are dark and scary.
