One of the best and most popular K-dramas of 2022, has officially been confirmed for a second season. The writer Moon Ji-won has recently signed a contract with the drama’s production company, ASTORY.

Is Moon Ji-won Writing the Script for ‘Extraordinary Attorney Woo’ Season 2?
ASTORY confirmed, “We signed a contract with Moon Ji Won last year for her to write ‘Extraordinary Attorney Woo 2.”
The production company also revealed that due to Moon Ji Won’s prior commitments, the script will not be penned down for some time. At present, the author is focused on her directorial debut with the film ‘Deaf Boys’, which is scheduled to begin filming in 2024.
“Because Moon Ji Won is currently busy with the preparations for her film, she will not be able to write the script right away,” explained ASTORY. We think she will be able to start preparing the script in earnest after she wraps up her film at the beginning of next year.”

ASTORY stated, “Because we are currently at the stage of internal development, nothing has yet been decided. The casting of the lead actors, including Park Eun Bin and Kang Tae Oh, has also not been decided yet.”
The fans have to wait to find out who the real lead actors are in the upcoming second season, as the return of leads Park Eun Bin and Kang Tae Oh, is not confirmed and the latter of whom is currently serving in the military.
