In an interview given to Cine Town, a South Korean radio show, Kim Si-eun, a new cast member in Squid Game 2, shared her experience. The show was streamed on November SBS POWER FM. She attended the interview with actor Cho Hyun-chul.

In the interview, she shared her happiness and excitement about acting with the new co-actors, Yim Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Jo Yu-ri, and T.O.P. The new cast will act along with Lee Jung-Jae, Wi Ha-jun, Lee Byung-hun, and Gong Yoo.

The game changes his entire perception of money. During his period in confinement, he lost his mother, and his daughter, whom he is fond of, went to another country with her stepfather and mother.

In the final episode of the first season, Seong Gi-hun contacts the agent who canvases people for the game. He decides to participate in the game for the second round to teach the value of trust and love over money.
