A Brief Storyline of Gyeongseong Creature

The story opens in 1945 in South Korea. At that time, Japan was invading South Korea. Instead of focusing on political matters, the drama has something more exciting to tell. Being a fantasy drama, it has monsters, magical creatures, and a group of humans who battle with these magical beings to survive.

Jang Tae-sang, the hero of the drama, is a wealthy pawn owner and an enthusiastic young man with a never-ending curiosity to investigate and learn more. He takes up the case of investigating the disappearance of a woman. While investigating, he crosses paths with Yoon Chae-ok (Han So-hee), the heroine. Like Jang Tae-sang, Yoon Chae-ok is also on a mission to find a missing woman, her mother. Chae-ok is a skilled bounty hunter and is trained to use weapons. While proceeding with their investigation, they confront various monsters and magical creatures who are born from the negative thoughts and greed of humans.
