Shin Min-a and Kim Woo-bin were the brand ambassadors for Giordano. For the 2015 campaign, together they shot an ad in January. After a break of a couple of months, publications like Dispatch broke out the dating news of Shin Min-a and Kim Woo-bin in July. Before committing to Shin Min-a, Kim Woo-bin was in a four-year-old relationship with Yoo Ji-ahn.
Soon after the breaking news of the celebrities dating, their agencies officially confirmed their relationship. However, the celebrities kept their love lives secret without posting much content together on social media. By October, the ad was released, stimulating another sensation among the fans. At the time of shooting the K-drama ‘Uncontrollably Fond‘ in 2016, Shin Min-a expressed her love for Kim Woo-bin by sending a food truck to the shooting location. The staff were surprised to see an unexpected food truck at the location, and later it was found that it was sent by Shin Min-a. Later in 2019, Kim Woo-bin expressed the same sweet gesture of love by sending a coffee truck to the shooting location of the K-drama ‘Chief Of Staff’ with the handwritten note “I support all the cast and crew of Chief Of Staff, especially Shin Min-a”
When Woo-bin Diagnosed Nasopharyngeal Cancer
In 2017, an announcement from Woo-bin’s agency stated that he was suffering from nasopharyngeal cancer. The agency said, ”Kim Woo-bin recently noticed something abnormal about his body while he was in the midst of multiple schedules. When he went to the hospital to see what it was, he received a diagnosis of nasopharyngeal cancer.”
It is always at the time of hurdles that love overshines, and the difficulties seem a lot less when supported by loved ones. Kim Woo-bin was not alone while fighting his disease. Shin Min-a and Kim Woo-bin courageously fought against cancer together, and their love for each other overwhelmed the hospital staff. They were together at the time they visited the hospital for therapy and treatments.

After curing his disease, the couple went on a tour to Australia in January 2019. In 2020, Kim Woo-bin decided to leave SidusHQ and joined AM Entertainment, the agency of Shin Min-a. He worked for 8 years with SidusHQ. After Woo-bin’s enrolment with AM Entertainment, his new agency informed the fans that they would provide complete support for him. They said, “We will provide full and generous support for Kim Woo-bin’s overall activities, which will include but not be limited to dramas and films. Please show lots of interest and support for his future activities”.

K-dramas Together
In 2022, to much of the fans’ surprise, Shin Min-a and Kim Woo-bin starred in the K-drama ‘Our Blues’. The K-drama was directed by Kim Kyu-tae and has 20 episodes. In ‘Our Blues’, Shin Min-a starred as Min Seon-ah, a single parent and Kim Woo-bin starred as Park Jeong-joon, an energetic captain. The K-drama won several prestigious awards in 2022.
