Yeh Shuhua popularly known by her stage name Shuhua is a Taiwanese singer under CUBE Entertainment. She is a popular, versatile, visual and maknae of the South Korean girl group (G)I-DLE. Other members of (G)I-DLE include: Minnie, Miyeon, Soyeon and Yuqi.
Early Life and Education
She was born on 6 January 2000. She completed her education at Hwa Kang Arts School. She has an older sister and a younger sister. She always dreamed of becoming an actor but later switched to singing. She was inspired by HyunA’s stage performance.
In her early years, she always tuned in to television and was inspired to become a celebrity one day. She dedicated herself to pursuing her dream and practiced every single day, imagining an audience in front of her.

She did not want to be the odd one out, so she practiced hard every single day. Her group members encouraged her, and she never gave up her dreams.
Career
Shuhua auditioned for Cube Entertainment in Taiwan in 2016. After being selected for their training program, she relocated to South Korea.
In 2017, she participated in the promotional video with Yuqi and Minnie for Rising Star Cosmetics. The same year, she featured in 10cm’s ‘PET’ MV with Yoo Seonho. She made her debut in the South Korean girl group (G)I-DLE, formed by CUBE Entertainment in 2018. Her official debut was on 2 May 2018 with the single ‘Latata’ from their first EP, ‘I Am’. She introduced herself as (G)I-DLE’s visual maknae.
Since the group’s debut, they have been considered one of the most successful South Korean girl groups outside of the Big Three record labels.
