Synopsis
Kwon Do-hoon (Jang Hyuk) is an expert sniper and a secret agent working for the National Intelligence Service (NIS). He is married to Kang Yu-ra (Jang Na-ra). During the day, Do-hoon disguises himself as an ordinary employee at a trading company.
Even his wife, Kang Yu-ra, also believes he has an ordinary office job. Do-hoon is very busy with work, so he can’t spend much time with Kang Yu-ra; however, he loves his wife a lot. Kang Yu-ra always had a dream of having a perfect family, and they are happy parents of an 8-year-old girl, Kwon Min-seo (Shin Soo-ah).
Later one day, a strange man named Cho Tae-gu (Kim Nam-hee), who has been residing in Thailand, appeared in front of Do-hoon and Yu-ra. That night, Yu-ra quietly enters the room where Tae-gu is sleeping and finds that he is still awake. She asks him to leave, but Tae-gu refuses and tells her that he has no intention of harming her.

Another character is introduced: a professional NIS operative, Oh Chun-ryun (Chae Jung-an). One day, an intruder breaks into Chun-ryun’s house while she is asleep. Chun-ryun is Do-hoon’s manager in the trading company. She hears the intruder approaching to attack her, and she wakes up just in time to fight them off. She overpowers the attacker, shoots him, and finds an MGD tattoo on his wrist.
Ma Young-ji (Gabee), who works with Do-hoon, calls to inform Chun-ryun that there is something wrong at the NIS headquarters. She inquires about Do-hoon. The last interaction she has with him is when he requested her assistance in deciphering a code, and the code, upon decryption, reveals a secret message containing an address.
Meanwhile, Yu-ra and Jae-yeol are at the NIS headquarters, engaged in a serious shootout with the people there. Jae-yeol suddenly realises it’s Yu-ra they are shooting at, and he asks his colleagues to stop. He convinces her by informing her that they didn’t intend to harm her.
Suddenly, huge gunshots are fired from outside of the NIS headquarters, killing several agents. Soon after, a group of men enter the NIS headquarters and kill several agents. They are seemingly from MGD, and it seems Yu-ra is also there to finish off NIS agents.
Later, some NIS agents came to clear the bodies of the NIS agents and MGD men killed during the shootout. Upon seeing all these, Do-hoon is devastated, and Yu-ra tells him to quit his job as an NIS agent because it’s dangerous.
Tae-gu decides to return to Thailand after Do-hoon helps him escape from being shot. Before leaving, he goes to see Min-seo at school one last time.

Do-hoon’s younger brother Kwon Ji-hoon’s (Kim Kang-min) wife Lee Mi-rim (Yoon Sang-jeong) gave birth to a baby girl.
Later, Do-hoon quits his job at the NIS; however, Oh Chun-ryun tries to persuade him to return to the NIS. Yu-ra is finally able to put the past behind her. Later, she goes to visit her adoptive parents’ graves along with Do-hoon.
